RHS Chatsworth | Brewin Dolphin

Peoples Choice Award

Paul was asked to create an installation space for Brewin Dolphin, which would interpret the history of Chatsworth and make reference to the various uses of plants through history.  This installation was not judged by the Royal Horticultural Society but did win the coveted People's Choice Award.  Paul used plants from our agricultural, horticultural and ethnobotanical past to create a landscape that was to be viewed from inside a vast 8m-high, semi-transparent timber pavilion. It was designed by Paul using the inverted shape of a timber-framed building as inspiration.
